 Canon launches its latest D-SLR, the EOS 450D (Canon Digital Rebel XSi
in America). Featuring a 12.2 Megapixel CMOS sensor, EOS Integrated
Cleaning System, 3.0” LCD with Live View mode and a new 9-point AF
system, the model presents consumers with an unprecedented level of
image quality and versatility at this end of the market. The Canon EOS 450D employs features already proven in Canon’s professional EOS-1 series cameras, including the DIGIC III
image processor and a redesigned menu system that enables features such
as direct control of Speedlite flash units from the camera LCD. A
choice of 13 custom functions allows the photographer to customise the
camera to their shooting style.

Nikon D80 Digital SLR Camera |
 Nikon has today officially introduced the 10.2 megapixel Nikon D80 digital SLR camera, and a new companion AF-S DX Zoom-Nikkor 18-135mm f/3.5-5.6G IF ED zoom lens.
The Nikon D80 is a high-performance digital-SLR mid-level camera that has inherited many of the superior functions of the Nikon D200 (released in 2005) and is also equipped with a number of new features. The camera is mainly geared towards novices and advanced amateur enthusiast photographers, and enters the Nikon lineup as an upgrade to the current Nikon D70s.

 The Samsung i85 is an 8 megapixel point and shoot digital camera with a 5x optical zoom (36 to 180mm), a 3.0 inch LCD screen and image stabilization.
The i85 has a shutter speed of up to 1/2000, ISO of up to 1600, 256MB of internal memory and it has a macro mode that focusses as close as 1cm. It has built in stereo speakers to play WAV, MP3 and movie files.
The i85 measures just 3.74x2.42x0.8 inches (credit card size) and is cased in a silver aluminum body.

The EX-S880 has 10.8 megabytes of internal memory and takes SD-MMC cards. It has a 2.8 inch LCD screen and has an ISO range of 64 to 800 (extendable to 1600). It has a shutter speed range of 4 to 1/2000 second.
